Sanlam Corporate has developed a video that can be sent to members before they retire, as part of the fund’s Retirement Benefits Counselling process. This video is personalised to contain the fund’s specific annuity strategy so that members are made aware of the options that are part of the annuity strategy that the fund has deemed to be appropriate for the majority of their members. Another innovative feature is that the video is interactive, which allows the member to take action after viewing the video.
